The Partners

  • Noah Birk

    Noah has been in Chicago multifamily for over a decade. Since 2012, he has sold more apartment buildings than any other broker in Chicago. Along with Aaron, the duo have consistently set sale transaction records for all commercial brokers in Chicago for the past several years. His performance has cemented his reputation among many in the industry as an honest and savvy deal-maker, which has been instrumental in getting exposure to some of the partners’ early deals. Noah graduated with a business degree from Carthage College, where he was a defensive back on the football team. He currently resides in Burr Ridge with his wife and family.

  • Aaron Sklar

    Aaron cut his teeth in brokerage at a fast pace and established himself as a hard-working and persistent deal-maker after just a few months. Since 2015, Aaron and Noah have cemented their place as Chicago's top multifamily advisors and have consistently broken their own record year after year for the most number of apartment buildings sold. Aaron has been regularly mentioned and quoted in several industry publications - most notably winning top sales awards and “Broker of the Year” honors by REJournals. Aaron graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Michigan, where he was an avid tennis player. He lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.

  • Dan Gonzalez

    Dan, the COO of a leading Chicago brokerage firm, has built his career in the multifamily industry. He began as a financial analyst for two publicly-traded brokerage firms, gaining exposure to mid-market and institutional apartment deals worth billions. Additionally, he played a role in the successful exit of an apartment-tech startup acquired by one of the largest multifamily lenders in the country. Dan’s diverse background and critical thinking brings a fresh perspective to the trio. Dan holds a degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in River Forest with his wife and family.
